I was very pleased with the service provided by Jemima, however it should be noted that certain issues were caused by system issues at MINI (out with Jemima's control) - hopefully these won't occur again in the future.

Jemima, the salesperson at Dick Lovett was helpful but not pushy, enthusiastic but not off-putting and obviously loving her job. It was a pleasure to buy the car from her.

As well as the standard brake fluid service there was an issue with my air conditioning which appeared to be leaking when re-gassed. I needed to leave the car at the garage so that they could investigate the problem and they lent me a courtesy car.
